The Story Behind the Work

A strategic operations executive, author, speaker, and advocate with a passion for making complex ideas feel practical, approachable, and useful.
My path has been shaped by growth, responsibility, and a willingness to keep stepping into rooms before I felt completely ready. I’ve built my career by learning the work deeply, leading through complexity, and finding ways to make difficult things clearer for the people around me. Along the way, I’ve also learned that leadership is not only about what you accomplish; it’s about what you make possible for other people.
Professionally, I’ve spent my career leading teams, solving operational challenges, and helping people navigate work that requires both precision and perspective. Over time, I realized that what I value most is not simply having the answer, it’s helping someone else understand enough to move forward with greater confidence.

A career built on leadership, service and practical impact
I speak, teach, and consult on the practical things that shape how people show up in life and work, including leadership and executive presence, financial literacy, career readiness, and payroll tax strategy. My goal is to make complex topics approachable, useful and actionable so people and organizations can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
That belief shows up in every part of my work. I speak with professionals about leadership, executive presence, emotional intelligence, mentorship, and career growth. I enjoy helping young people understand the real-life topics they will eventually encounter: money, payroll, credit, career choices, and financial responsibility. And through payroll tax consulting, I help organizations bring greater clarity to complex compliance and operational questions. I’m also a writer and contributing author of In Relentless Pursuit: The Evolution of Me. My chapter, Adjacent to Belonging, explores identity, belonging, growth, and the realization that sometimes the permission we are waiting for has to come from within. Across all of these spaces, the throughline is simple: I want people to leave with something they can use: a clearer perspective, a practical tool, a stronger sense of confidence, or the courage to take their next step.
Practical insight. Meaningful growth. Real-world impact.
